By booking an appointment with ChysBeautique you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. Booking & Admin Fee
A non-refundable admin fee will be deducted from your remaining balance at the time of payment.
This fee secures your appointment and covers administrative costs.
2. Late Arrivals & Cancellation Policy
Punctuality is essential to ensure all clients receive the best service.
A £10 late fee will be applied for every 10 minutes you are late.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and you will forfeit your admin fee.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid losing your admin fee.
3. Age Restrictions
Clients must be 18 years or older for all aesthetic treatments.
Valid photo ID may be required before treatment.
4. No Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be required to pay in full before booking any future appointments.
Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in the loss of your admin fee.
5. Refunds & Treatment Policy
All treatments are non-refundable once completed.
Results may vary depending on the individual, and multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
If you experience any concerns post-treatment, please contact us immediately for aftercare advice.
6. Right to Refuse Service
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, or does not comply with these terms and conditions.
